High Reps Cycle
This workout is done when not training for a competition. I find it builds up my base strength in these exercises.
It starts with two weeks of reps of tens on each exercise. You do each exercise for three sets, the last set is to failure. We lift for two days and then take two days off, for an eight day cycle.
You can save and use this spreadsheet for yourself (file at the bottom of the page. You just change the numbers on the far left in red to be a number that you would like to finish with for five reps at the end of the cycle.
