Jennifer takes second place at the 2007 I.P.F. World Bench Press Championships in the 148 lb. weight class with a lift of 308 lb. The USA women's team took first place. 5/5/07 After working out a few kinks, the web site is back in order. Here are some updates. Going to I.P.F. World Bench Press Championships May 30th 2/24/2007 Silver Medalist at USAPL Women's Powerlifting Nationals 12/29/05 Gave birth to Broden Aaron Thompson 7lb. 12oz.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS 2007 Jennifer wins Silver at the IPF World Bench Press Championships, with a lift of 308 lbs. Jennifer wins Silver at the USAPL Women's Powerlifting Championships, with a total 1135 lbs. 2006 Jennifer wins Gold at Bench Press Nationals, with a World Record lift of 320lbs. Jennifer wins Gold at 2006 World Bench Press Championships, just 5 months after having a baby. 2003 Jennifer wins Gold at 2003 World Bench Press Championships. Jennifer wins Gold at Bench Press Nationals, breaking the World Record twice with a final lift of 315lbs. 2002 Jennifer wins 2002 Bench Press Nationals with a World Record Bench of 292lbs.(click below for movie clip)
Jennifer benches 300lbs. for the first time at a local charity event. 2001 Jennifer wins Gold at 2001 World Bench Press Championships, with a World Record Bench of 282lbs. The first women in USA Powerlifting history to win a Bench Press World title. Jennifer sets World Bench Record, with a bench of 272lbs., at Women's Powerlifting Nationals. 2000 Jennifer wins silver at 2000 World Bench Press Championships, with a bench of 271lbs., and becomes the first Women in USA Powerlifting history to over double bodyweight.
