Jennifer wins the 2011 USAPL Raw Powerlifting Nationals. She squatted 315 lbs., benched 293 lbs., deadlifted 419 lbs. making a 1027 lb. total and a 521 wilks. Each lift was an American Record. Team Carolina also took 1st place.

5/21/2011 Jennifer wins the 2011 USAPL Women's Powerlifting Nationals. She lifted a 402 lb. squat, 331 lb. bench (unofficial world record), 419 lb. deadlift, making a 1152 lb. total and New American Record.
3/4/2011 Jennifer wins the 2011 USAPL Raw Arnold Challenge. She beats the all time wilks record with 501 points. 315 lb. squat, 264 bench and 409 deadlift.
6/4/2010 Jennifer wins her fourth IPF World Bench Press Championship gold! She lifted a 325lb. bench to clinch the title on her third lift. The Championships took place in Killeen, Texas.
9/11/09 Jennifer lifts at the 2009 USAPL Bench Press Nationals in Clevelend, OH. She breaks the American Record with a lift of 325 lbs. See picture above
8/3/09 Jennifer lifts at the 2009 USAPL Raw Powerlifting Nationals in Charlottesville, VA. She sets all the female Raw American records with a squat of 292, bench of 281 and deadlift of 358lbs.
3/9/09 Jennifer lifts a 286lb raw bench press at the 2009 Arnold Classic. This is the all time pound for pound raw record for a female athlete.
11/8/08 Jennifer takes sixth place at the 2009 IPF World Powerlifting Championships with a squat of 380, bench press 315 and deadlift of 386.
8/30/08 Jennifer takes first at the 2008 USAPL Bench Press Nationals to be held in Charlotte, NC on August 30 & 31st.
4/26/08 Jennifer bench presses 285lbs. raw at the Y Community Bench Press Challenge featuring Bill Kazmaier as a special guest judge.
3/5/08 Jennifer lifts in the The Arnold Classic Titan Pro Bench Press Challenge and takes fifth place by wilks with an 308 lb. bench press.
2/15/08 Jennifer wins USAPL Women's Powerlifting Championships and will participate in the 2009 IPF World Powerlifting Championships in Newfoundland, Canada.
7/7/07 Jennifer takes second place at the 2007 I.P.F. World Bench Press Championships in the 148 lb. weight class with a lift of 308 lb. The USA women's team took first place.
